Yeah, as the title's said, they're all Faelmalum, the bad guys in TNB, and Loft's their leader. Helgen is, most of the time, the one annoying person with a lot of crap to say but with no one who really cares, Jica's more of the 'moral' type, and poor Whiterun gets to run errands between the Quasar and Nix republics. Because their capitals are only like 40 miles apart. Pssht, why not.
